Malabar Trogon From Telangana - #MalabarTrogon #SriramWildlifePhotographer #Trogons The Malabar Trogon is a stunning bird species found in India and parts of Sri Lanka. They are seen throughout the year and inhabit dense forests, sitting quietly in the middle levels of the forests. Male and female Trogons display sexual dimorphism, with distinct visual differences between them. The male has a black head, a white "belt," and a bright red belly, while the female has a brown head and orangish underparts. In Telangana, they are only seen in the Kavadigundla forest range of Bhadradri Kothagudem district.
