Chakka Pradaman (Jackfruit Payasam)   A speciality of the Kerala cuisine...one bowl of this can send you on a trip to La La land in this weather .   Made with Moong dal, a little channa dal, jaggery, coconut milk, Jackfruit pulp, cashewnuts, raisins and bits of Jackfruit fried in ghee. I also added a little Sabudana for the texture
