Street style Onion Samosas for a lovely Sunday evening! These with a cup of Ginger Chai.....aaaaaaah bliss!!!!    ... This attempt came out much better and the filling today is with well sauteed 🍀Sliced Onions 🍀Shredded carrot 🍀Peas 🍀Turmeric + Chilli + Coriander + Cumin + Garam masla + Chaat masala powders and salt.     Tasted much better than the previous Samosas I tried with raw Onions+Poha + spice powders.
