Mokkajonna garelu  .. 2 types! 🎷Spicy garelu - in the pan 🎷Sweet garelu - in the corn leaf Sugar is added to the same batter to make the sweet ones as Hubby is very fond of them. As the sugar gets fried, the sweet ones take on a darker colour.
