Today's Dinner: Shell Pasta & Summer Drinks Made conchiglie pasta tonight. The shell shapes hold pesto sauce perfectly. Tossed mine with shrimp. Made a veggie version for him. On the side - watermelon mojitos. Added blue curacao for color. Refreshing and light.
