Growing up, breakfast on Christmas Day was always always Aapam and Chicken curry. Lunch was Mutton Biriyani and the curtains came down on the day with Chapathi and left over Chicken curry from breakfast.   I try and continue the tradition now, but with Egg curry. Thankfully the Husband is an eggitarian and I'm too lazy to make non-veg just for myself. 😙   So today's breakfast is 🍁Aapam 🍁Egg n Potatoes in coconut milk curry (Egg mollee curry) 🍁Filter kaapi
