The Problem We Couldn't Ignore 5-9% annual growth in unmet demand for physician care. That number haunted us when we started Evolko. It represents: → Diabetes patients seeing doctors 2x/year, managing alone the other 363 days → Heart failure readmissions that a phone call could have prevented → Tens of millions with chronic conditions receiving episodic care at best The system was built for acute care, not chronic disease management. A 15-minute appointment every few months isn't adequate for patients managing diabetes, hypertension, and kidney disease simultaneously. It never was. It never will be. This is why we built Evolko.
