Oooooooh it came out soooo well, a lil soft though, but finger licking good!🤩🤩🤩 &nbsp; Ordered "Kubalwadi Aphonso Mango Pulp &amp; Chunks" from Amazon after seeing Satya N Valluri Valluri 's post. The pulp with Mango chunks is awesome and tastes soooo good. &nbsp; I never imagined I would make stuff like this . This Pandemic and boredom is the reason for experiments. Well, I'm not complaining 😁😁😁. &nbsp; Had tasted Mango Kalakhand from Karachi bakery a few times and tried to replicate it&nbsp;

Chakka Pradaman (Jackfruit Payasam) &nbsp; A speciality of the Kerala cuisine...one bowl of this can send you on a trip to La La land in this weather . &nbsp; Made with Moong dal, a little channa dal, jaggery, coconut milk, Jackfruit pulp, cashewnuts, raisins and bits of Jackfruit fried in ghee. I also added a little Sabudana for the texture
