A Tricolored munia was observed using it's right wing more than the left wing  when it want to turn around to feed. Not sure whether it doesn't want to use it's left wing or the left wing is injured. This behavior was captured at Enkatala in Vikarabad district of Telangana state.

Tricolored munias, like many other small seed-eating birds, primarily feed on seeds. Their diet includes a variety of grass seeds, millet, and other small seeds. They can often be seen foraging on the ground in grassy areas, among shrubs, or around agricultural fields where seeds are abundant.

The Black-rumped Flameback, also known as the Lesser Golden-backed Woodpecker (Dinopium benghalense), is a species of woodpecker found in South Asia. 

Their diet primarily consists of insects, larvae, ants, termites, and occasionally fruits. They use their strong bills to drill into the bark of trees in search of insects and larvae. Like other woodpeckers, Black-rumped Flamebacks use their powerful beaks to hammer on trees, creating holes to access insects beneath the bark. They have a distinctive drumming sound, which is often used for communication as well as to locate insects within the wood.

Against this backdrop, the baya weavers would stand out as they flit among the jowar plants, their bright plumage contrasting beautifully with the golden surroundings. Common Babblers are known for their gregarious nature, often forming noisy and active groups called flocks. They are highly social birds, often seen foraging on the ground in search of insects, small invertebrates, and seeds. Their diet also includes berries and fruits, particularly during the non-breeding season.

In terms of appearance, Common Babblers have a brown plumage with lighter underparts, streaked with darker markings. They have a distinctive long tail and a strong, slightly curved bill adapted for their omnivorous diet.

But at Narsapur forest in Telangana, I had the opportunity to record the behavior of an Indian Grey Hornbill peeling neem fruits before swallowing them. 

The peeling of neem fruits before consumption might suggest a level of food processing behavior that isn't widely documented for this species.

After digestion, they often excrete the seeds, which helps in seed dispersal. This behavior is beneficial for the neem tree as it aids in the propagation of its seeds.

Before the onset of Monsoon, Many Indian White-eye pairs are seen breeding at Anantagiri forest in Vikarabad district of Telangana State. The female primarily constructs the nest, although the male may assist by bringing materials. The nest is a delicate cup-shaped structure, intricately woven with fine grass, plant fibers, and sometimes spider webs, making it both sturdy and flexible. The nest is usually placed in a shrub or a low tree, well-concealed among the leaves.

Both parents share incubation duties. During this period, the parents are highly vigilant, frequently checking the nest to ensure the safety of the eggs from potential predators.

Once the eggs hatch, the altricial chicks emerge, blind and featherless. The parents are immediately attentive, tirelessly gathering food to nourish their young. They primarily feed the chicks insects and small invertebrates, ensuring a protein-rich diet crucial for rapid growth. Both parents take turns feeding and protecting the chicks.

The Indian White-eye's nesting and chick-raising process exemplifies their dedication and cooperation, ensuring the survival and continuity of their species.
