💥 Topped with some Orange coloured whipped cream, Pecans and Pista

Ordered "Kubalwadi Aphonso Mango Pulp & Chunks" from Amazon after seeing Satya N Valluri Valluri 's post. The pulp with Mango chunks is awesome and tastes soooo good.
I never imagined I would make stuff like this . This Pandemic and boredom is the reason for experiments. Well, I'm not complaining 😁😁😁.

Chakka Pradaman (Jackfruit Payasam)
A speciality of the Kerala cuisine...one bowl of this can send you on a trip to La La land in this weather .
Made with Moong dal, a little channa dal, jaggery, coconut milk, Jackfruit pulp, cashewnuts, raisins and bits of Jackfruit fried in ghee. I also added a little Sabudana for the texture
Made another batch of Mango Icecream 😁
This time topped it with Almond and Butterscotch bits.
